All sales are final at the time of checkout. Slani Store does not offer refunds or exchanges as the result of a change of mind. An exchange or refund will only be issued where an item is deemed faulty. Our items undergo a quality check prior to shipping. For a faulty item, a replacement item will be provided or a store credit of equivalent value.
A return for any faults will only be considered if we receive notification of any fault within 14 days of receipt and a return request has been officially lodged.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post with insurance to return items to Slani Store - we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Slani Store is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Email us on email@example.com with a description of the issue.
- Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return.
- Please include photographic proof of the issue. This will then be assessed by our team.
